The Private Kitchen specialises in exquisite dinner parties for your home or holiday chalet. Choose from our different exciting menus and we'll do the rest. For dinner parties we use our own Equipment, crockery and cutlery leaving your kitchen spotless.

The Catering options

  • Bistro Menu 3 course 90chf  (p/head), Gourmet Menu 6 course 130chf (p/head).
  •  Special occasions, Weddings and Corporate Events. Contact us for a bespoke service.
  • Private Chef Chalet Catering, for superior catering on your holidays, services for shopping, breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas and evenings meals.                                                               Chef rates are 55chf p/hour
  • The Frozen Kitchen, less formal and acts as practical help for your own dinner parties. Just heat and serve!

 

After seven years of cooking in the Valais region, we have developed a huge passion for the local produce, combining this with contemporary cooking techniques to establish our own style of haute cuisine.


Our emphasis has been on supporting the local community and promoting the finest local suppliers. Most of our meats, vegetables, cheeses and wines are locally sourced from within the Valais; ensuring you a dining experience you'll never forget!
